Voucher Redemption Instructions

If you have a voucher to redeem, please follow the instructions here.



Each voucher / gift card entitles you to one ticket of voucher / gift card value or credit towards purchase of a higher-priced ticket to Shen Yun shows at San Diego. Vouchers / gift cards must be redeemed before the expiration date. No replacement for a lost or stolen voucher / gift card. No cash refund.

To redeem the vouchers / gift cards online, please follow the steps below:

1. Scratch to expose the security code.

2. Go to the VOUCHER / Gift Card redemption page.

On the voucher redemption page:

1. Enter the Security code into the activation code box. If you have more than one voucher / gift card, enter one code per line, until you enter all of them.

2. Click “Add Voucher” button

3. Click “Redeem.” You will be directed to “Find Tickets” page. The default show is the opening night show on Thur, Jan 19, 2012 7:30PM. Use the drop down list “Select Another Date” to choose a different show schedule.

4. Click on the seats desired, and check out.

You will pick up your tickets at WILL CALL window at the entrance of the theatre, right before your desired show.
